If you have previously submitted any personal contact information when registering for our free events, quiz, programs or coaching, you may change your mind and have your details deleted at any time by emailing us at kirsten@kirstenhorner.com or clicking the unsubscribe link included on all our email communication.

This privacy policy sets out RapidLifeReset™ and Kirsten Horner Transformational Therapy & Coaching’s commitment to ensuring your privacy is safeguarded as a client or website visitor, and how we protect and use any information you submit when you use this website or register for events, free offers or paid products.

If you provide Personal Data when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement and the Privacy Principles contained in the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

INFORMATION we collect

To receive products or services we may request at times that you submit the following information:

first and last name
phone number
email address
For paid products you submit encrypted payment/card details or pay by PayPal or ApplePay.

Personal Data is only collected when you submit it to us voluntarily.
General non-identifying data is gathered by ‘cookies’ when you visit website pages or mobile applications.
All payment data is encrypted and personnel only see the last four xxx digits of debit or credit card information.

WHERE YOUR Information is stored

We use industry standard, trusted and encrypted platforms for all your data.

If you submit personal contact details (email, name, phone) they are stored on our cloud based email database via ActiveCampaign where you can delete your details by unsubscribing at anytime. Your details will never be shared with anyone.
If you purchase any paid products, programs or personal sessions, your payment details are fully encrypted via the secure STRIPE payment platform. Once your payment card details are entered they are encrypted and not visible to anyone - the only details visible are XXXX 1234 the last four digits of your card and the expiry date. When you unsubscribe or complete our programs you can request any encrypted data also be deleted.
If you register for our online access programs, your name and email address is stored on our online program portal. Your online password to access our programs is encrypted and not visible to anyone.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so, such as for a court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please write to us with details to kirsten@kirstenhorner.com

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect or unsubscribe you at any time.

What we do with the information we gather
